Hong Kong Events - April 2027
April is the month Wan Chai works hardest as a trade-fair district. The HKCEC hosts back-to-back exhibitions for four straight weeks โ electronics and innovation in the middle of the month, lighting just after, and the gift, home, fashion and licensing fairs at the end โ and the district's hotels, restaurants and promenade fill with a business crowd.
The weather turns warm and humid after Easter, so the heritage walks move to the mornings and evenings, and the harbourfront becomes the place to be after work. Ching Ming, the grave-sweeping festival, falls on Monday 5 April and is a public holiday. Everything below is a confirmed 2027 date unless the entry says otherwise.
โก Electronics and innovation week
HKTDC Hong Kong Electronics Fair (Spring Edition)
๐ Tuesday 13 - Friday 16 April 2027
The spring edition of Asia's biggest electronics trade fair, running across the HKCEC's halls: consumer electronics, audio, smart home, components and startups.

Why go: the last and most varied week of the trade season โ home, gift and fashion buyers all under one roof, and the most colourful of the April fairs to walk through if you have trade access.
